A SOLUTION FOR EVERY ROLE
jP.ReLog, thanks to its modular composition, can be configured to meet the needs of different actors, who operate in waste logistics, improving their performance.
Operators are those who materially manage the waste in one or more of the following activities: collection, transport and/or recycling. The application allows to manage the logistics and the treatment of the waste, in the various phases. If the operator needs to manage the economic relationship (contracts, offers, orders and invoices) with its customers and, if necessary, with its suppliers, it is possible to add the corresponding modules.
Intermediaries are those who manage waste through third party operators and must report their work to an Authority. They manage and coordinate all the operational phases, administer any economic relationship with their suppliers and transfer the information relating to their work to a competent authority. It is possible to add modules to manage the economic relationship with any customers.
Authority are those who perform the function of tracking and control all the activities related to the collection, transport and recycling of waste. They can be government agencies or companies delegated to perform this function. The solution for the Authorities includes all the modules related to logistics and treatment and the fundamental functions for the exercise of their role: the Authorities verify the compliance of the companies operating in the chain and the compliance of waste management and treatment in all phases. It is possible to add the module “premiums and penalties”, to ensure the quality level of processes within the chain, through economic levers applicable to intermediaries and operators.
jP.ReLog provides a fully integrated solution to manage all subjects in the supply chain:
The Authority: is the central body (regulatory authority or coordination centre) responsible for optimising waste collection, management and treatment throughout the supply chain (it may be a governmental authority or a dedicated body). This entity is also responsible for the monitoring and general management of flows and performance within the supply chain.
The Municipality: is responsible for the activities at the level of the (public) waste collection points.
The Producer: is responsible for the declaration of the products placed on the market, in accordance with current legislation or other defined rules, to allow the calculation and allocation of the share of responsibility.
The COmp: (also known as PRO = Producer Responsibility Organization) is an intermediate institution responsible for the overall coordination and financing of waste management operations (from collection to final treatment), including reporting to the competent authorities;
The Collector: deals with the collection of waste from those who generate it (consumers or companies);
The Collection Point: is responsible for consolidating the waste collected, from consumers or companies, before transport to treatment plants; The collection point can be managed by public or private companies and can be managed by the latter on behalf of the former.
The logistics operator: is responsible for the transport of the consolidated waste (full loads) from the collection points to the intermediate warehouses (transit points) or to the treatment plants;
The recyclingplant: it is responsible for the treatment of the collected waste, in order to generate reusable materials;
Auditor: responsible for monitoring and enforcing standards within the supply chain.

Verification: the system provides the user with tools for checking and verifying the conformity of the data entered. In addition, all operations can be supervised by the competent authorities.
